If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Repack the rug in its original plastic sleeve or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Drop the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for oversized items.
